The dietitians don't display their credentials anywhere in the app, so there's no way to verify you're working with an actual licensed professional. On top of that, the only personalized advice I received was to follow the plate method, something you can find for free on any government health website. If you're looking for personalized nutrition guidance, this app doesn't deliver that.

The nutrition plan is not personalized, at all - it's random healthy recipes put together and didn't take into account my preferences, food aversions, or preferred meal times. The "nutritionist" is not very responsive and gives very generic advice. Don't waste your money.
