For $1, you can search for gifs, flip them or add faces from a preset group. For more, you can do slightly more. Not worth it and not really an editor.

This is my favorite app, we need it to do more, alot more, like chat bubbles, audio, the ability to use multiple expressions of the same face to cover a particular characters movements. We need to be able to add random objects like if I wanted to put something in someones hand for example. This app is solid for starters but man it can be so much better.
