I don’t often post reviews but want to share my experience. I was a Thrive customer for a few years. Loved the service during the pandemic. Some things in my life changed and I was unable to keep the subscription. I chatted with a human agent who understood and gave me a free year. I expected once this year ended that would be it but I come to find out a few years later they’ve been charging me for a membership. I’ve barely used this service for 2 years now so I contacted them and got an AI chat bot. The bot told me I was eligible for a full refund and left it at that. A couple weeks later I still hadn’t received my refund so I tried to contact again. Another AI chat bot that, this time, kept giving me the runaround. It wouldn’t give me the previous chat logs and ended the chat without any resolution or escalation to a real human. Very disappointed to be treated like this from a company I used to view as empathetic and honest.
