This app used to really good…years ago. But now it sucks. I’ve had my mom on the family care on it so I can keep Track of her prescriptions and order refills easily without having to call the pharmacy, but she has disappeared from my family list completely now. I readded her today and it was confirmed, now she is just pending. She’s 84 and I have durable and medical poa for her, what an inconvenience. Update this stupid app.

Every time I try to sign into the app, it always says my session has expired now it won’t log me in at all. I’ve tried on a different device. I’ve tried on the computer. I tried going through Safari instead of chrome I can’t get into my account. When I tried to reset the password, it’s saying my email address isn’t associated with any account so then I try to make a new account and then it’s saying that there’s an account already with my email address. It really needs fixed.

The app is great when it works but 8/10 I go to use the app to refill my meds it either crashes, won’t load or when it does load it will only go to certain menu options then get stuck.. I’ve checked my internet speed and my cell data and they are fine. Cleared my cache and still have issues.. pretty much just call in my refills now, not worth the trouble of trying to use the app.. fix the issues and you’ll have a good app.
