User Reviews

ChargerConnect can provide useful real-time charger data when it connects, including charge level, time-to-full, amps, and voltage, plus the charger serial. However, it suffers from persistent Bluetooth instability, frequent disconnects/crashes, and greyed-out battery profile controls. Proximity requirements and tedious workarounds are common. Overall, the data display is helpful, but reliability is the main issue affecting regular use.
Pros
  • When the app connects, it shows real-time charger data (percent charged, minutes to full, charging amps, battery voltage) and basic status information.
  • It can display the charger serial number and related diagnostics, aiding troubleshooting.
  • Some users find setup and data access quick and straightforward when the connection works.
Cons
  • Unreliable Bluetooth connectivity: frequent failures to connect or no device found in many reviews.
  • App often disconnects or crashes, requiring resets or re-pairing to regain data access.
  • Battery profile controls are frequently greyed out or inaccessible, hindering configuration as described in manuals.
  • Bluetooth range is limited, requiring proximity to the charger for any connection.
  • Users report needing workarounds (power or battery disconnects, reinstalling the app) and inconsistent support.

If you’re lucky enough to get it to connect good luck logging in. What’s the point of this app when you can’t do anything?

If your goal is to have your batteries boiled away and destroyed on a 36 V system this is the charging shoe the for you cause apparently their engineers are too lazy to have a 36 V selectable profile that prevents this charger from boiling your batteries by trying to charge them at 48 V if you have a 36 V system

We had this charger to charge our floor machines. When I plug it in, all it says is AC is present, there is no other light, and I cannot get a hold of anyone to help with this. The app can’t connect to the charger, so it's a no for me.
