While adding the service you will receive a sms same time stating that it’s unsuccessful. So as per customer services agent user suppose not to reattempt even after 10 mins. User suppose to contact Vodafone. In case of a reattempt addon will be added 2X times so does the payments .

Here’s a cleaner and more professional version of your message: ⸻ Why are multiple accounts linked under a single customer account? For bill payments, why is it necessary to check each individual service number to view outstanding amounts? It would be much more efficient if all service numbers were consolidated under one account. This way, I could view the total outstanding balance directly from the dashboard instead of having to access each service number separately.
