At first I could easily raise a service request through the app, when the service was down, but now the AI keeps circling around without giving me correct answers and I can’t even raise a service request. I do not want to call them because the agents also make me go through the same thing even though I have completed the steps to get it back online. I called because I need a service request raised, but they just keep wasting my time.
