User Reviews

Mood:Controller shows promise for real-time music control, but is plagued by reliability issues on iOS. Real-time control features exist, but crashes, connectivity failures with hardware, login problems, and slow UI hamper usage. Enterprise network setup adds complexity, and support is often unhelpful or slow. Overall, it works for some users (notably in certain restaurants) but frequent instability makes it a frustrating experience for many.
Pros
  • Real-time control over playlist, genre, and volume.
  • Flexible mood-based playback for offices, retail, and restaurants.
  • When it functions, the app provides straightforward music control and mood adjustment.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and instability; app often fails to load or crashes after use.
  • Chronic connectivity problems with hardware/controller (device not found, can’t connect to FusionIO; enterprise network issues).
  • Login/session persistence problems (won’t store login info; frequent logouts).
  • Slow response and finicky UI; taking long to respond or change stations.
  • Poor customer support and limited/inefficient assistance for resolving issues.

I constantly get booted from the app. It won’t store log in information, making logging in difficult. Having a skip button would be amazing. Being able to add or delete tracks would also be an a great addition. If it were my money, i would not use this service.
