Pros

On-the-go access to approvals, CRM data, KPIs, and contracts, enabling work while traveling

Cons

Frequent authentication/login failures, including Face ID not working and repeated login loops
Stability and data-entry glitches: crashes, overwritten entries, and the app sometimes requiring a reload
Time-sheet and PTO submission reliability problems: not saving PTO, service errors (e.g., 405) and mis-assigned hours on submission
Not intuitive UI and navigation that often requires extra training and post-update navigation quirks

I notice that the app takes a long time to connect. It will spin for a while and eventually times out. Then on the second attempt it will finally connect. Overall a good app but just very slow at times.

I don’t think I’ve seen such a poorly designed app in my life. I’m pretty sure a monkey randomly typing on a keyboard can write a better app. You should be ashamed of yourself JAMIS.
