They aren’t transferring.at all zoom isn’t working medium size large isn’t working or zoom

If I try to add a contact on my Mac, I can only add one little field at a time or it crashes. also, if I try to add a group list, it doesn’t allow me to add names. What good is the list without names? Very frustrated with us. It doesn’t seem the quality that Apple should have.
