2025-04-03	ke*****	The mobile deposit is slow and not worth, the mobile app is slow and hard to guide through, and the checking accounts work pretty well but it takes a long time for money to go through. making me want to switch banks pretty bad.

2025-02-21	Cr*****	Always crashes when opening the app. The platform just needs to be updated. App is always having to restart because it senses some overload and can’t handle it.

2023-10-11	Re*****	I like the fact that I can see multiple accounts from other financial institutions. That’s great! Why I have such a low score jams for REAL TIME information. All other apps show the status of your account. Ritual right away. I know what pending and processing in real time. With Somerset Trust I don’t see any movement on my account for days! That annoying!

2023-04-03	Th*****	Ever since the update this app has drastically gone down hill. The amount of bugs, errors, failures, etc is unacceptable. I can no longer add STC friend transfers, I’ve had multiple accounts that I’ve attempted to add and the app just says an account does not exist even tho I’m looking at the account/checkbook as I’m typing the number in. Very disappointed in this update. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it
Ever since the update this app has drastically gone down hill. The amount of bugs, errors, failures, etc is unacceptable. If I make a withdrawal or use my card, it takes 24-48 hours for it to reflect on the app. I’ve been embarrassed multiple times now thinking I had enough in my account to make my purchase, just to get my card declined at the register. Holding up the whole line while I log in and make a transfer.. I happen to be a customer who commutes out of town for work. There are no Somerset trust establishments near my place of employment and I rely heavily on this app to manage my funds during the week. Please work to resolve this issue.
