I have had connection issues for over six months. I’ve tried multiple times to get someone to look at my account as I can’t connect through Facebook but I just get a canned follow these troubleshooting instructions. If those don’t work they refer you to FB but FB has said everything is fine and I can sign on to everything other account but this one. I’ve opened 6 tickets with no response other than the canned response. I have billions of coins and saved outfits that I can’t access from over the years but absolutely no customer support to help get access. I would run as fast as you can from this game and any game from this developer. Everything is ok until it isn’t then you’re on your own. Good luck!!
