Before the update I could pay my mortgage very easily, it even new what the payment was. Now after the update, it’s nearly impossible to pay it and it doesn’t know what my payment is. So now I have to wait for the letter with my statement in it to know what to pay.

The app makes it easy to access account information, make transfers and mobile deposits but overall performance is slower than previous system

This “fantastic” upgrade to their mobile app and online access that they have been emailing us about is not so stellar in my opinion. The app is now slow to respond to any request, the bill pay is still unavailable and I had to re-add my phone number even though it had JUST texted me a login code. Hoping the fixes and improvements to come really do improve it because right now it is nothing but frustrating.
