Users value the discounts Strawberry offers and the updates that work on new devices. However, the app frequently fails to function: login, loading, and profile-creation errors are common. Reservation data is often wrong (dates, room counts, reservation numbers), and even benefits information is hard to access or not zoomable. The app is not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to see which hotels are covered. Support resources are fragmented or inaccessible. Overall, the discount benefits are clear, but reliability and usability problems are hampering the experience.

I’ve had this app for years and just decided to delete it. I travel a lot and had this app was in my Travel folder with my other hotel apps. When I need to book a hotel, I look to see what’s near my destination then open my Travel folder. I look at all the apps with the hotel names and see Strawberry. What hotels did that cover again? I don’t remember and I’m tired of checking. It’s not intuitive and there’s no good reason for that.
