2026-06-16	iW*****	Trying to sign in with email, keeps saying “OOPS! other error returned from server.”I deleted app and redownloaded but still won’t let me log into my account. That said, why bother with an app in the first place. Not everything needs an app. SusieCakes needs to kill the app and just focus on the website and a better rewards system.

2025-11-18	Mo*****	Rewards earned should not expire. At a minimum, it shouldn’t expire within a mere month! Some of us don’t live near your bakeries, we travel to get there and should be given more time to use rewards. If you can’t make not expire, give us approx a year, like other reward programs. 🙏

2025-10-06	Hu*****	Tried opening the app after upgrading to iOS 26 and it immediately crashes. Reinstalled with the same results. Wife had the same results. Please update the app to support the latest version of iOS.
