This was helpful for awhile but for the past couple months it’s very inaccurate. I have to monitor my heart rate for a serious medical condition I have. This app has become so inaccurate it’s no longer safe for me to rely on After trying everything in the hopes of making it consistent again I deleted this app and found one that is reliable
