BAC Tracker is an easy and accurate way to determine your blood alcohol content (BAC). This app can calculate your current BAC based on a formula that keeps weight, gender, and alcohol by volume (abv) in mind. Users need only to enter the time they started drinking, the amount in ounces they're drinking, and the abv of their beverage to keep track of their BAC.

Features include:

A color-coded chart for each day to show your BAC over time and where your current / peak BAC falls
Weekly view of your peak BACs for each day of the week
The ability to log your drinking start time, amount drunk in ounces, and the alcohol by volume (abv) of the drink
The capability to normalize drinks based on alcohol by volume (abv) to a standard unit of alcohol
Three different categories for types of drink (beer, wine, liquor)

I just told the app that I took five shots of hard liquor. 30 minutes later, it reported my BAC as 0.004. Other sources indicate my level would be far higher, 0.09. I trusted this app for a long time, but this version is broken.

This app was great for years. I found it to be highly accurate and easy to use. This is within reason of course because there are several variables at play from person to person. I used this while ordered to carry a state calibrated breathalyzer. And it was accurate within an hour. However, after the newest update, the app no longer recognizes drinks after midnight as being in the same “graph”. Actually, for some reason; it now moves it to the previous day as future dates aren’t available which makes absolutely no sense. It didn’t used to do this. Proceed with caution.
