Users find My LoTW handy for quick mobile access to LoTW and enjoy the built-in QSL card view and easy confirmation of QSOs. However, reliability problems dominate: frequent login/authentication failures, crashes, intrusive ads, and data accuracy inconsistencies. While useful for quick checks, the user experience is significantly affected by these issues.

  • Frequent authentication/connectivity failures with LoTW; credentials often not recognized and syncing fails
  • Crashes and instability; app crashes during use and when viewing or saving data
  • Intrusive ads disrupt usage (pop-ups and video ads; requests to remove ads)
  • Data accuracy issues and inconsistencies (mislabeling FT4 as MFSK; differing results after data refresh)
