I recommend making a skip puzzle button because I got stuck on a level and can’t pass it

I really enjoy this game but it constantly freezes. Whenever you tap on the screen multiple times or even when you’re doing nothing the game just stops, and then I have to restart the app for it to only do the same thing AGAIN. If this can be fixed the game would be amazing!! Please fix this issue so that everyone can enjoy the game.
