English Irregular Verbs Best

I do NOT recommend anyone pay. I bought the Pro version, and shortly after, the app stopped recognizing my subscription and locked features I had already paid for. I followed support’s instructions, reinstalled the app, and lost ALL of my progress. The worst part wasn’t even the bug it was the terrible customer service. After paying, losing my progress, and asking for help, they completely stopped responding. No solution, no explanation, nothing. If I could give this app less than one star, I would. The only reason I’m giving one is because the app store doesn’t allow zero. It’s not worth your money, and they clearly do not care about helping paying users when something goes wrong.

The developer of this app has been ignoring user feedback for years and refuses to fix problems that seriously interfere with comfortable language learning. The user interface is terrible, like something straight out of the 1990s when the internet was just starting. The “Home” button alone takes up about a third of the screen and cannot be minimized during lessons, so it blocks parts of the exercises and makes it hard to tap some sentence forms. On top of that, there are frequent glitches when studying irregular verbs: for example, when you tap the second or third verb form, or the second and third example sentences with those forms, it often fails to register. There is no audio, and push notifications are broken. For example, if you don’t open the app for two days and several push notifications pile up, you want to tap them one by one, like in competing apps: open one, complete the task, go back, tap the next. But here it doesn’t work like that. If you tap one notification, all the others just disappear. Even worse, the developer added some word-guessing game, and after that even these buggy notifications often vanish. When you tap a notification, the app randomly launches this game with no reminders or explanations, instead of opening the vocabulary task you clicked on. In the end, you are left with nothing to study. Overall, it’s awful. I’ve been writing to the developer for years, but he doesn’t fix anything and has completely stopped responding to feedback. So the only way to leave feedback is here, under his app. If he thought ignoring users would hurt us, he was wrong. It will hurt him, because now everyone can see these problems and, hopefully, will avoid this app and download something from more responsible developers. Нет озвучки, пуш-уведомления сломаны. Например, если ты два дня не открывал приложение и накопилось несколько пушей, ты хочешь нажимать их по очереди, как в приложениях конкурентов: открыть одно, выполнить задание, вернуться и нажать следующее. Но здесь так не работает. Если нажать на одно уведомление, все остальные просто исчезают. А ещё хуже то, что разработчик внедрил какую-то игру в угадывание слов, и после этого даже эти глючные пуши часто пропадают. При нажатии на уведомление приложение рандомно запускает эту игру, без напоминаний и объяснений, хотя ты хотел открыть пуш с обучением словам. В итоге ты остаёшься вообще без слова для изучения. В общем, ужасно. Я писал разработчику много лет, но он проблемы не устраняет и вообще перестал отвечать на фидбэк. Так что единственная возможность оставить отзыв — здесь, под его приложением. El botón “Home” ocupa aproximadamente un tercio de la pantalla y no se puede minimizar durante el estudio, por lo que bloquea partes de los ejercicios y dificulta pulsar algunas formas de las frases.
