AmbuPRAX replaces paper in medical practices/clinics with mobile devices and well thought-out processes. Logical checks of every kind are the top priority. No forms or information can ever be forgotten again. All documents created go directly into the corresponding patient file of the AIS/KIS. In addition, the data from the documents is stored in a structured way and transmitted to the AIS/KIS. This makes typing and manual transfer of the form contents superfluous. You can either have the necessary templates created by us or look for tried and tested solutions in our customer area. Your master data, branding and placeholders (e.g. for cooperation partners) are added to the templates on site.

The content of forms is checked logically, e.g. for mandatory fields or correct syntax. The logical check also takes place between the forms. If a patient indicates in the new admission form that he/she is a private patient, further forms are presented directly. This is particularly suitable for administrative approvals, such as for private medical clearing houses. Regularly due forms are automatically pointed out, so that e.g. PVS forms are really filled out by the patient in a rhythm of 12 months.

The language of the forms can be changed at any time. The font size can be changed so that even visually impaired patients can handle the forms without problems.

High-quality medical illustrations help to explain procedures easily. The illustrations can be used as a basis for the drawing functionality, i.e. patients can document their pain or health problems on the drawings, for example.

Patients can use the camera functionality of the device and create and change the photo for the patient file themselves.

Of course, special emphasis was placed on security and data protection, an excerpt:

• Biometric signature enforced for all devices
• Signatures embedded in PDF documents
• All PDF documents in PDF/A format (2b) for secure long-term archiving
• Encryption for temporary data on the device
• Access management with TouchID and strong password
• SSL connection to the server in the practice
• Session management with necessary contact to the server

The app can also be used offline, so patients can fill out the forms anywhere. No data remains permanently on the device, but only for the action required in each case.
