This is a fabulous app. Bulldog Yoga provides a plethora of options. All three types of Bulldog classes are offered: Activate, Invigorate & Exhilarate, lots of variety in length of classes, music, teachers: the app has it all! I have been practicing more yoga since I discovered the Bulldog Yoga app. Now I’m practicing up to 5 times a week instead of just once. There are so many different classes on the app that I get excited to pick one. The teachers are excellent, the music is awesome and classes are amazing. Who knew practicing yoga at home could so rewarding? Thanks, Bulldog Yoga!!! *Pro tip: invest in a good space heater: classes are that much juicier when your room is toasty.

don't need an account to play around on the app, you can see when classes are, what kind of class, and a description. if you want to sign up then you have to make an account. simple & easy to use! love bulldog ❤️
