MovStash is a Chrome extension that lets you mosaic and blur video content with two modes: Simple and Timeline. It supports multiple blur shapes, adjustable size and blur intensity, and optional face-tracking for automatic privacy protection.

Use Simple mode to apply blur to a fixed area across the whole video, or Timeline mode to blur only within a chosen time range. Add blur areas, drag to position, set durations, choose shapes and levels, then save to export the edited video.

For blurring video this super user friendly and no annoying ads. It has ads but just the right amount.

This app is really helpful for some of the videos I edit that need faces blurred. However, it will crash in the middle of an edit or I’ll get the edit done and it will fail to save. Sometimes I spend quite a bit of time editing one video. There is no way to save your project so when these happen I have to start all over and that can very discouraging.
