Very convenient to request books, manage holds, and access my library card via the app.
Ability to renew, place holds, and check out from the app and view current loans, without going to a kiosk.

Frequent crashes, freezing, and overall unreliability; app often not usable.
Hold management freezes/cancellations and not seeing your position in a hold; errors placing holds.

Connectivity issues, with some features only working on Wi‑Fi or blank/loading screens on mobile data.

Recent reviews

Very convenient to be able to do things like request books, manage holds, and access my library card via an app. However, I do wish they would add the “add to list” feature available via web browser. I would love to be able to access, manage, and add new items to my lists on the app.

Some things don’t function properly such as seeing availability for certain items, but most things do.

If you use it to search for a book it does not work at all. After three minutes it was still searching for “Harry Potter”. At the most basic, a library app should find books. I use their web version instead.
