Online Banking:Each individual function requires separate registration. For business accounts, the options are notably limited; for instance, it is only possible to send money via mailed checks through the bill pay feature. Electronic transfers to external accounts are not permitted. When attempting to access your account, users are provided with a username that cannot be changed. Access through a web browser you can not access to the business accounts, requiring the use of the personal online platform instead. Additionally, when attempting to pay bills via a mobile device, the system instructs users to use a tablet or web browser. Furthermore, attempting to make bill payments from a tablet results in blockage. Using a web browser for bill pay does not allow setting up electronic transfers; only check payments are possible. This process is highly frustrating and difficult to navigate, especially regarding general information. The only effective method to resolve issues is through customer service, which, although responsive, lacks comprehensive explanations about the reasons behind certain restrictions. For example, when inquiring about bill pay options, I was told that electronic transfers to an account would be possible; however, the system only permitted sending checks by mail.
