There needs to be an option for employees to block things that they are out of. It’s very annoying to arrive at Dunkin and they’re out of the item you purchased.

You took away the XL coffee size from the rewards options, and now you have increased the award points to qualify for a free large, hot coffee. Customers are not pleased. Did you change the ingredients for your French Vanilla Swirl sweetener? It does not taste the same at the Spring Lake, NC store I frequent. I asked about it, and they said “no,” but I know it does not taste the same—for sure.
