If I could give no stars I would I’ve paid on time every month they approved my claim and gave me nothing even though I paid the whole bill will always tell people how bad this company is it took a month for them to actually go through my claim then I had to do all the footwork for them before they even moved forward never will I use lemonade

Lemonade is an overpriced wrap on what should be a basic service and it gets the basics wrong all the time. It’s pretty but when something goes wrong or and charge me incorrectly and without reason - which they do indiscriminately - I want help and clarity. Not a cute auto chat experience with too many exclamation points that sounds like a tik tok influencer and has no concept of help. Overpriced, obnoxious, and overrated. Give me a legacy player that works.
