How does it work?
Collaboration Workspaces
First, you create workspaces using the web interface. You can create as many workspaces as you like, for example by project, team, or topic.
You can then open your workspaces on your mobile phone and start sharing messages, writing notes, accessing important documents, or capturing photos. Each workspace is private by default, so you can even use it for personal notes, but you can also invite anyone you choose, such as customers, colleagues, or partners.
Flexible Database
Each workspace also contains Smart-tables®, a new kind of relational database that is as flexible as a spreadsheet, yet as easy to use as cards you can move around on the screen.
Each database table can be fully customized with text, numbers, files, dates, checkboxes, color codes, and comment fields. To make sure you always know who changed what and when, TimeTonic keeps a full history of all changes.
You can start with the built-in templates for CRM, film production, project management, expense tracking, or event management, or you can customize your Smart-tables to create your own ideal management solution, tailored to your needs and way of working in just minutes.
Emails and text messages
One last thing: every workspace has its own email address. It has never been easier to stay organized as a team — just cc TimeTonic to make sure everyone stays in sync. You can even send text messages directly to your workspaces. It is ideal for capturing an important idea or quickly getting expense reports off your to-do list.
