User Reviews

Crexi is seen as a strong CRE listing platform and is sometimes preferred over LoopNet, with users noting it surfaces top listings efficiently. However, recurring issues undermine its value: frequent crashes after updates, broken or unusable filters, sign-in/signup blockers, saving/sharing problems, and unreliable map/listing behavior. Overall, the data quality and competitive positioning are positive, but stability and UX need urgent fixes.
Pros
  • Better than LoopNet
  • Strong public-facing site with top CRE listings
  • Time-saving: delivers information quickly (seconds vs hours)
Cons
  • Frequent crashes / won't open after updates
  • Broken or hard-to-use filters (unpriced filter, filter results inconsistent, keyboard not appearing)
  • Sign-in/signup issues and login problems (Google login on desktop failures; signup freezes)
  • Saving/sharing failures (unable to save listings to a folder or send flyers)
  • Map/listing reliability issues (opens wrong listings; tapping on map shows no properties; icons fail to load)

Please don’t sign up to use their platform, god forbid you try to cancel it’s impossible. I have recorded calls and email paper trail for proof. Please find another platform to use. They aren’t user friendly and good luck with cancellation don’t fall for the smooth talk and fluff. Save your money and stop a headache

Map view results are horrible. If you start with a wide view – say a chunk of Texas. Your search results are grouped into bubbles, with a number label showing how many results are in that bubble. As you zoom in to a specific bubble, it breaks apart into other bubbles. As they break apart, they often are no longer on your screen, moving to find them refreshes the search bringing more chaos on the screen… but the worst is when you get a bubble of 1. If you have a single result, you see a bubble on the map with the number 1 on it. Rather than give the result, clicking on the bubble just zooms in. You do this up to SIX times as the bubble jumps all around just to actually get the property listing. And in those last couple clicks, the bubble might jump off your screen. The app (or browser) knows all your device’s info including your screen resolution and the area of the displayed map, along with the location of the results. There is no reason for this behavior. LoopNet, Realtor.com, and Zillow don’t have this problem. The developers obviously used a PC and maybe a couple mobile devices, but it is clear that there’s no effort into QA. This app shows CREXI doesn’t understand location information. I certainly have zero trust in anything of their paid services when this is what their foundation is. Location accuracy in real estate is just a bit important. On a desktop browser this isn’t as big of an issue because you can easily swap into list view, however, I cannot find how to do that on and a mobile app. I have an M5 iPad Pro 13 inch a M3 iPad Pro 11 inch and iPad Air iPhone 13 Pro and an android pixel 13 Pro XL. All of these devices are frustrating to use. Why this is so frustrating is CREXI has the best filtering, the best commercial data, just the best of everything. It’s too bad they make it a challenge to use. The only use is looking at properties I previously saved / favorites.
