I accumulated late fees during a time that I was unable to log into my on line account due to a change Croghan was making and was told they would be erased. Making payments during that time was difficult and living out of state made matters worse. Beyond the fact that it took several weeks of calls/emails to get help paying my car note, my late fees are still on my account. I have called a couple times regarding this and each time I’m told it will get taken care of but hasn’t.

It is absolutely ridiculous to charge fees on accounts with balances over $100. Just a rip off!!!!!

My app off and on keeps telling me my password is incorrect when it’s correct and some days it accepts it and other days it doesn’t. I also don’t enjoy the display of the new app and where accounts are located.
