AFFCU Mobile

Terrible app. Terrible credit union. You can tell if a bank is going to be good or not based on simple things, such as if they spent time and money on a website/app that users need to use every month to manage important aspects of their life. AFFCU is not one of those banks that spent time or money creating an easy to use, user experience on their app. It’s built shoddy and feels held together by strings. One false click and you can be sent into an endless loading screen where you’ll need to close the app and re-open to be able to do anything again. Having trouble with the app and need to actually call the bank to help? Get met on the phone with employees who obviously don’t care to help out, or treat you like you are stupid for not understanding how their terrible app works. If it weren’t for the dealership I bought my vehicle from sadly getting financing through this bank, I wouldn’t be here, but I’m actually refinancing my vehicle just to get out from using this company or their app any longer. Great job!

I tried this app about a year ago, and was never able to enroll into it. I deleted it and reinstall it and tried again, same thing..full of glitches.
