What is the point of having a pin, if every time I enter it, the app claims it’s not correct pin and I have to login again and set it again. Urgh!!!

The worst app for the worst healthcare system. It never show you who and where you’re gonna meet for your appointment. It never show you any history of your blood exams, results, past appointments. I see no point using this app. It also says “A text reminder 7 days prior will confirm the appointment and location” which is a lie, never happened. I used My Chart app for the USA health system and everything is so clear and easy to follow, all my health exams, results, documentation’s for every appointment of me and my 3 years old are all in the app. This app is pointless and rubbish.
