This is the worst company I’ve ever booked with. No matter how long your stay is, the service is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Nothing about these hotels feels luxury at all. I would honestly rate my experience 0/10 and would not recommend booking with them.

Every time I open the app and do a search of a destination it will not scroll up or down. This is happening for the past couple weeks. Already tried deleting app and uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and it still has the same issues. And yes I have the latest update of the app on my phone. I use this app for all my vacation planning.
