Recent reviews

Frustrating, not customer friendly. The deposits are not in a timely manner. The app is useless. You call and you get a roundabout information that they want to help you through the phone when they don’t understand even the issue. My times, just as valuable as yours you guys get paid to help us when there has been no help to resolve the issue. We don’t get paid to go in there. We give you our money you give us nothing but a headache.

Mobile deposit does not work in the app. It always says the front and back of the check are 2 different sizes, so it will block the deposit. Please fix this ASAP. It’s been broken for months.
