The app also supports wireless OTA firmware updates and direct Wi‑Fi access to the dashcam for configuring settings.

Spent a few hours to do an firmware update Tech support was very helpful. Had to use my laptop to put the new firmware on the micro SD card. After a few attempts it worked . I used the tools on the Black Vue website to format the micro sfmx card. The app is more stable now!!
