The Managed Health Services (MHS) app puts your Medicaid health plan in your pocket. Indiana members can quickly locate providers, view their ID card, explore the Health Library, check My Health Pays balance and history, and access the pharmacy portal and Start Smart for Your Baby information.

Note: A Health Insurance Portal app is coming to replace MHS. When the switch happens, the current app will be retired and all health plan information will be available in the new portal. If you’re a Medicaid member outside Indiana, use your state’s app.

After logging in, there’s a white screen. Just blank. When we had the nurse visit, I couldn’t get pass the register the account screen now this. I can’t access our information on the website either…. I’m not sure why this app hasn’t been updated or tested out so users can enjoy a bug free app. Zero stars.
