User Reviews

Users praise the app for guiding brushing and providing helpful timers, which can improve technique and motivation. However, multiple reviews highlight recurring problems: unreliable data syncing, inaccurate tracking, frequent glitches, poor support, and missing features like multi-brush pairing and offline/dark-mode options. Overall, the app has valuable guidance when functioning but reliability and feature gaps hinder consistent use.
Pros
  • The app provides guided brushing sessions with real-time feedback to help improve technique.
  • Timer and zone-based guidance (for example, 6x20 second zones) helps maintain a steady brushing routine and ensure full coverage.
  • Engaging, slick UI when it works, and features that make brushing feel more like a game, which can boost motivation and adherence.
Cons
  • Data syncing is unreliable: toothbrush data often doesn’t transfer unless the app is open, and updates can break sync.
  • Brushing-tracking accuracy is inconsistent, with the app misidentifying areas or sides and counting sessions inaccurately.
  • The app can be glitchy or unresponsive, with laggy taps and connectivity issues between the brush and the phone.
  • Customer support is poor or hard to reach (broken chat, unhelpful responses).
  • There are feature gaps such as inability to pair two brushes, limited offline use, need for login, and lack of dark mode.

The toothbrush is great, no issues at all, but the app needs work. I’m running an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS. The app wants to restart randomly and re-sync. Review update. At this time I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars. All the suggestions the developer presented seemed to be a no-go! I did find that within the app settings, cellular data was turned on. Don’t know it that was the result of an app update or from an iOS update, but I shut it off. App is now stable! If it acts up again, I know what to look for. 5 Stars now!

When this app works I like it a lot — unfortunately it is super buggy and how well it works varies greatly with each update. Currently it either cannot ever connect to my brush (even when I place it back on the charger, which used to get it to reconnect fine) or while brushing it doesn’t sense me using it at all. Either it: • won’t sense it at all and all the teeth are left light grey as if they were not brushed at all • it will only slightly sense which side I’m brushing on and brushing will be incomplete/teeth all highlighted in yellow still • it will often sense the wrong side of the teeth is being brushed (ie inside of teeth is sensed when I am brushing the outside) Right now (June 2026) the app is particularly bad and either won’t connect or if it connects it won’t sense my brushing at all. The other thing that bothers me is that sometimes the brush or app will change my brushing strength from low to medium — the brush I have literally does not have the buttons on the outside to change the strength, it must be done through the app, so it’s not that I’m hitting it by accident. Please fix the app! I just want it to work normally and well, we don’t need extra features!
