User Reviews

Many reviews praise the app for ease of use and a wide selection of backgrounds (including import options) and its ability to quickly replace or blur backgrounds. However, multiple reviews repeatedly complain about billing and subscription problems, inconsistent editing results, a clunky UI with little guidance, and poor customer support. Overall, strong background options and ease of use clash with unreliable pricing and uneven editing performance.
Pros
  • Easy to use and gets the job done for quick background edits.
  • Large selection of backgrounds with the option to import your own.
  • Useful for background replacement or blurring, saving time.
Cons
  • Frequent billing issues: unexpected charges, trial cancellation problems, and auto-renewal.
  • Editing results are inconsistent or poor, with features not performing as advertised (e.g., eraser/blurring distortions).
  • Clunky UI/UX and lack of tutorials or undo/redo; some toolbar elements unresponsive.
  • Customer support is slow or unresponsive, with reports of no direct contact options.

This app did not do anything it said it would do. Terrible!

This app just isn’t that good at all with editing backgrounds or generating backgrounds. It went to generate an AI background for me and the background looked good but the item they were leaving in it somehow they messed it up and it made my arm look incredibly weird. The different options that are in a bar at the bottom you can’t move and don’t work right when you do click on them. It isn’t user friendly either and I’m good with electronics.
