Important Notices

From End of June 2023, the IIJ mobile Business call app service will be discontinued.

• About the discounted call:

  • After July 2023, the domestic call using the standard smartphone app(*1) will be treated as the discounted call.
  • We will announce a new app for the international calls.

• About the flat-rate call option

  • After July 2023, please call using the standard smartphone app.
    • The call using the BizCall app is not covered by the flat-rate call option.
    • The same applies to outgoing calls with a dedicated prefix number(0037-691) at the beginning of the calling number.

• Notes

  • The outgoing call history of standard app is displayed the history which is with a prefix number. Do not call from the outgoing call history with a prefix number.

*1: The standard smartphone app refers to a phone app that comes pre-installed on your smartphone.

• "IIJ mobile Business call" is an exclusive application for IIJ Mobile Service/Type D Lite (voice) users.

• In your home menu, “IIJ BizCall" is displayed as the app name instead of "IIJ mobile Business call".
• There is the other company's service which cannot use together with "IIJ mobile Business call”. Please see the Web site of 「IIJ Mobile Service/Type D Lite FAQ」 for more information.
