Terrible experience with a move-out cleaning I scheduled. I was never contacted through the app or via text to inform me that my appointment had been rescheduled due to weather. The app showed no indication of a reschedule until I reached out to customer service late in the evening on the day of the original appointment. I was then assured the cleaning would be completed on the rescheduled date. Because of this delay, I had to request an extension on my move-out date just to allow time for the cleaning. Despite being told the crew would arrive within the proposed 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. window, no one showed up until after 6 p.m., at which point I no longer had access to my old apartment and had to cancel the service entirely. Throughout this entire process, I had to repeatedly reach out through the app and by text just to get updates. There was no proactive communication at any point. The lack of transparency and missed commitments made it impossible to create a reliable backup plan, as I kept being promised timely service that ultimately did not happen.
