Across multiple reviews, the iOS Kerala Matrimony app suffers from core reliability issues: profiles fail to load or refresh, with repeats and no new matches; login/authentication is flaky with OTP issues; the app crashes during use and when saving preferences; filters/search are non-functional; and UI/UX problems include poor scrolling and data refresh behavior.

Profiles not loading properly: no new profiles appear and existing ones repeat.
Login/authentication problems: login not recognized across days and OTP/verification failures (even for international numbers).
App instability: frequent crashes, including when saving preferences.
Filters and search not functioning: refine/filter ineffective and search results unreliable.
Poor UI/UX: difficult scrolling, not intuitive, and data not refreshing.

Want apple team to take a look as well as how matrimony is diff in android as well as ios Issue 1 App do not recognize that I already logged in today and if i try tomorrow it asks me to log in - thisHappens if you login in multiple days or when you upgrade to the latest version in the app store Issue 2 -The profile continuously keeps on loading unless you close the app again and then open it again that will load the profileThis behavior is so explosive to iOS app of KeralaMatrimony Issue 3 -In order to circumvent the app crashes the application tries to keep the session active when the profile does not retrieve so that they can smartly circumvent the application checks done by Apple itself would be very happy if the team who is trying to hide the issue actually put the effort on fixing the problems

Fellows, Don’t go with it. Same profiles loading all the time. Even no response for my emails. Their call center executives cannot help you. Even if you install it, DO NOT PAY any cash for upgrading/subscriptions !!!
