Arrendale Mobile+ Dictation

Arrendale Mobile+ is a medical dictation app for Arrendale TAPlus users. Mobile+ allows the user to see a list of scheduled patients by day, select a patient from the list, and create a dictation. Additionally, dictations can be created for patients that do not appear in the physicians queue. The dictated job can seamlessly be uploaded to Arrendales' TAPlus Medical Document Management System where the audio can be placed into a folder for transcription or automatically converted to text and then distributed via print, fax, folder drop, or HL7.

• Full Document Editing: Retrieve an existing document for editing from your phone or tablet

• Electronic Signature including Graphical Electronic Signature: With a single action, flag your document as electronically signed and dated. You can also add a graphical image of your signature.

• Document Search: Search the TAPlus database for existing documents for view or edit

• Demographics Search: If a patient does not automatically appear in the patient grid, you can search the entire TAPlus database for the patient.

• Manual Demographics Entry: If a patient does not exist in the TAPlus database, you can manually enter the demographics into Mobile+ in order to associate a patient with your dictation.
