We used this app for awhile and it was always pretty good until recently when they put an ugly QR code in the corner which you scan and it brings you to the App Store…. To the winter fireplace… that you’re currently already watching which makes no sense. I’ll see if it goes away in a few days, if it doesn’t I’ll delete and find something else. Only used it because of its convenience. Update: as for the response I got from the developer. If it was a one time payment of $2-$4 I would have done it. But I’m probably in a large group of people that aren’t going to pay a monthly subscription for a fireplace. I actually found an awesome one for $3 and it comes with a bunch of fireplaces all in that 1 price.

The app costs 2 bucks a year. What can I say? It works. Waaay above 5 stars.

I had this app for my Apple TV for years and it was great. There were 2 free options, and those were perfect for me. But then they put a QR code on the screen? So I need to PAY to get rid of it? Another lame cash grab!
