Recent reviews
After going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week for about eight months, not seeing any results I decided to give this app a try. It immediately showed me how stale and routine my workouts had become. My first workout was one of the best ones I had in recent memory. After three months, I started noticing a difference and after using it for about six months now, I'm really starting to see the gains in the gym. I'm one of those unlucky people that has trouble putting on muscle. I've seen better definition. I'm lifting more weights. I'm feeling good about myself and even the people around me are noticing the change in my appearance. It's like having my own personal trainer. Something I have been able to afford to pay for many years. This is definitely the next best thing I highly recommend this to anyone who's on the fence about giving it a try.

I’ve been using Fitbod for years and have convinced others to use it as well it makes working out and tracking so simple. Only thing I wish we could do is customize our workout more without having to do it our selves. For instance when we choose which muscle to workout, we can choose how many exercises of that muscles group to load in the workout. Other than that it’s awesome.
