User Reviews
Pros
- Peace of mind and security with virtual/burner cards to limit or prevent charges.
- Granular spending control, including set spend limits and the ability to pause/lock cards for specific merchants or subscriptions.
- Convenience of linking multiple bank accounts and funding sources for card usage.
- Helpful management of subscriptions and recurring charges, with support for disputes and chargebacks.
- Valued by many as an essential, easy-to-use tool for online payments and budget awareness.
Cons
- Card/merchant charges can be declined frequently, with little reliable guidance from support.
- Balance updates are slow or unreliable, leading to real-time charges being blocked due to outdated ledger data.
- Extensive verification requirements and biometric/data collection raise serious privacy concerns.
- Support is largely email/automated chat with no real-time human help, and response times are slow.
- Accounts can be paused or stuck under review for long periods without clear explanations.

Declined a merchant locked purchase, then immediately accepted the purchase AT A HIGHER PRICE. “Support” claimed it wasn’t the same merchant, it was and it went thorough at a higher price on the merchants second attempt seconds later, and they told me to click something that didn’t exist to fix it. They told me they would give me a $5 credit for the trouble their incompetence caused. They did NOT. I replied, they were silent. I eventually refunded my purchase to buy it AGAIN on a real HONEST card. The real price was refunded, but the extra HIGHER price was not. It’s been a week and NOTHING has changed and THEY are keeping that extra HIGHER charge that apparently THEY snuck in to steal from me since the merchant NEVER charged that and refunded everything they took. Avoid these thieving, lying criminals at all costs. They will be reported at several more places for their crimes.

My account has been stuck in "account in review" mode for a week now. I work for a bank so I know it does not take this long to check into someone's financial history with other institutions or even OFAC. I don't know what the hold up was but I gave up and closed my account.

I’ve had an account for several years. Amazing service and product. Quit using for a couple years, had issues getting back into my account. I emailed support and they helped friendly, efficiently. 5 stars for sure for this company.
