Recent reviews

I am looking for add apple wallet and there no show. I read instructions on OV Loop website help desk information and seem that app did not update or fix. Also I did add payment card and try to add on device and show me NOT ELEGIBLE what that suppose mean ? I use debit and credit cards from well Fargo bank . Let me know asap thanks
