Other than being a good looking watch, everything about this Suunto watch and the app is garbage. Battery issues, sync issues and in this day and age, we need to update software via USB with a laptop!!!! Let us see if Suunto customer service will ever contact me.

Too bad that such a nice watch with some distinct features is supported by such crappy software. Previously I had to manually start the app to get the time synced up. Now the app is asking me to pair, but the watch says paired. All of my notifications work fine, just can’t use the app at all. This is my second poor experience with Suunto. Might be time to look into getting a Garmin.
