The Thrive app is easy to use with quick ordering and generally friendly service, but users repeatedly report reliability and support problems. Common issues include crashes after updates, checkout errors, barcode scanning and payment failures, and orders not being fulfilled with poor refund options. Additional pain points include daily login prompts and annoying notification requests, plus limited menu options and time slots, and a feel that the UI can be inconsistent.

My employer’s food service moved from Eatify to Thrive and it is not going well. The app will not place an order unless you create an account but it will not allow anyone on our campus to create an account. So I guess the idea was to reduce sales?

Support staff is soo helpful im so thankful for them! I lloveee thrive so much, they have So many great options, it’s such a gift🥰💗 Sometimes/something’s are more expensive
