as a physician i have used voalte for the past 3 years in the inpatient setting and it is truly the worst messaging app to ever exist. the server stability is awful, we will be unable to use the app for 6+ hours at a time and it freezes all communication between doctors, RNs, pharmacists, case management, social workers, EVERYONE. this happened twice this week alone. it is useless sometimes and even when it is working “well,” the lag times to load, log in, etc are incredibly frustrating when we rely on voalte to take care of time sensitive tasks and communication. please improve the server stability, it is unacceptable to have this service completely non-functional for so long and so frequently in a hospital setting
