2025-07-17	Me*****	This app used to be really good, but last few months I’ve tried buying tickets 3-4 times and in all cases my confirmation was never sent. Either I call support or they call me and giving a reason that your booking wasn’t accepted by airlines bla bla and you can only lock this deal if you pay extra 100-200$. All those 3rd party websites ripped this app off. All agents trying to add their own commission or whatsoever which increases ticket prices.

2024-11-06	ra*****	I submitted for a flight it said pending. They told me they booked one flight of a round-trip and now they’re trying to charge me $900 more for a flight back when the round-trip flight was $293 that they advertised. They pulled a bait and switch. They will lock you in for half your flight and jack up the price on the other half and tell you it’s nonrefundable. Complete scam run far away.

2024-10-13	Ja*****	I booked a ticket from North Carolina to Hawaii 2 days ago and what they don’t tell you… this is not an actual ticket, only a reservation IF a seat is available. After a 2 hour phone call with a guy from India, I find out my credit card has two additional charges of $356 and $140 who informs me NO REFUNDS. Then I’m notified by another call I will be charged for taxes! I’m beyond angry this app even exists but I was told from a coworker they offer low fares. I should have know was too good to be true. My coworkers never actually booked with them. Save yourself a headache and use a reputable app. I feel foolish at my age to have been scammed but they fooled me.

2024-07-13	SB*****	I would rate them an 0 if I could! Booked tickets for a 5 day vacation and then they called me to tell me we are not able to take any luggage. They will allow us to take luggage for another $800 (double the price). Then they refused to give me a refund! I had to call my credit card company to request a refund. Wait g now to see what happens. They are such a scam!

2022-11-03	PS*****	Booked 2 one way flights from different departure cities. 2 different travel agencies accepted our payments and immediately emailed us that we did not have a seat. Several hours later on the phone, multiple calls back after being “disconnected after waiting on hold, finally offered an alternate flight for a higher amount for the 1st flight. Still on hold with the 2nd agent. Never again. Deleting this app. DO NOT USE.

2022-08-24	Mi*****	Great app, but I cannot input airport code JDO - Juazeiro do Norte, Brazil. The app really finds amazing deals but has a couple of bugs in it, but I’m sure the developer will work it out! Thanks!
